The Osno fully enclosed hydraulic lathe integrates Industry 4.0 technology and hydraulic precision control to create three differentiated advantages:
1. Five-axis linkage + AI adaptive control
The five-axis CNC system realizes one-time molding of complex curved surfaces and eliminates manual intervention errors.
The AI algorithm monitors the material hardness in real time, automatically adjusts the cutting parameters, and extends the tool life by 30%.
2. Servo hydraulic energy-saving system
Adopting permanent magnet AC servo motor drive, the energy consumption is less than 8kW/h, which saves 50% of electricity compared with traditional hydraulic lathes.
The waste heat recovery technology reduces the temperature rise in the workshop and meets the EU ErP energy efficiency standards.
3. Intelligent quality control closed loop
The built-in sensor monitors vibration and temperature in real time, predicts equipment failures and automatically alarms.
The processing data is uploaded to the MES system synchronously to achieve quality traceability (such as the 99.5% yield rate of Midea's production line)

The lathe uses a hydraulic energy source to feed the tool.
There are 2-3 tool holders, each of which can hold 1-2 knives.
Multi-tool can work at the same time, so that the production efficiency is higher.
It is 3 times the efficiency than ordinary lathes.
Through the hydraulic cylinder, the X axis and Y axis drive the tool holder to move according to the specified instructions to achieve the perfect fast forward, slow forward, fast backward and other movements.
The lathe is surrounded by a metal shell to maximize the safety of the operator.
1.The frame and the fuel tank is designed together, made of steel plate bending and welding, after high temperature annealing and vibration stress relief, to ensure that the frame is stable without deformation.
2. The body is made of HT250 casting as a whole, and the stress is eliminated by natural aging and high temperature annealing after sun and rain. Then through the gantry machining center, one-time processing is completed to ensure the concentricity, parallelism and perpendicularity of the fuselage.
3.Using Japan Mitsubishi PLC control, simple operation.
4.Using Taiwan silver guide rail, high precision, long service life.
5.The tool adjustment method is dial and adjusting screw, which can quickly complete the production of the tool.
6.Speed up to 2300r/min, the speed can be adjusted by the inverter.
7.We use brake resistance automatic braking, which is fast braking.
8.The lubrication system adopts electric lubrication pump automatic timing lubrication, to ensure the service life of the guide rail.
9.Each unit has an independent hydraulic oil gauge, according to the need to adjust the required pressure, the adjusted pressure is clearly visible.
10.Using CNC special sleeve spindle and hydraulic chuck, clamping force is stable.
